I'm a chemist working for the new Canadian Food Inspection Agency created on april 1st 1997. I'm employed by the Federal governement since 1970. Wihout any doubt in my mind my employer has a great privilege to have me as employee even if I'm gifted to give them grey hairs. :-) Despite that, my "beloved boss" likes to have me as an employee and gives me special tasks in the lab.

My work consists of quality control of fishes and other seafoods to make sure that they are not polluted with hazardous substances to human health like : mercury, PCB's or pesticides..

I have got my degree in chemistry in 1985 after 10 years of part time studies at the University of Quebec at Montreal or UQAM.

I speak french (my native language), english and I do well in spanish since a linguistic stay in Costa-Rica.and twice one month vacation with my 2 families in law in Argentina.

My strongest dream is to move in Arizona to avoid forever our harsh winter climate, especially the 1998 one with its disastrous ice storm (Picture at right) and build a personal astronomical observatory. If anybody has a job for me there even as serving gas in Phoenix, send me an e-mail. For those who say that there are rattlesnakes there, I will tell them that I would prefer to share their company than staying in my Cain's land.

I would not have hated to be a teacher to give hard time to my students in my exams.

To my great joy I realized a fantasy I dreamed of many years. I purchased a complete kilt outfit and wear it. Look to this page and read my first impressions.

Why IQ 89 ?

That is the intelectual quotient I have got following several tests I wrote at the Mensa society. My psychologist and my collegues disagree with such a result because it seems impossible according to theory to complete successfully a degree at university with such a result.
